Gainsbourg: vie héroïque

This french production will be released at the beginning of next year. Serge Gainsbourg was a genius musician and singer whose career spanned over 40 years. His songs read like poetry. He was a provocateur, wrote songs for Brigitte Bardot, Isabelle Adjani, Jane Birkin (his wife and muse for decades), Catherine Deneuve to name a few and had a passion for beautiful women, Gitanes cigarettes, Pastis 51 and artificial paradises of all sorts. He is the father of Charlotte Gainsbourg who started acting for the movies when she was 11 years old and sang the famous duet Lemon incest with her father when she was 10 or 11 years old. There are many sites in English and French dedicated to Gainsbourg (http://www.last.fm/music/Serge+Gainsbourg) and so many songs that it is hard to pick just one, from the very famous and censored Je t'aime moi non plus to Aux armes etc... Gainsbourg fait partie de nos murs mais pas des murs Américains donc je ne vais pas traduire la partie en Anglais comme je le fais d'habitude mais je vous souhaite a tous un bon week end néanmoins!
